Session-3
🌟 Third Session – Blending Digital Presence with Personal Alertness
The third session of the PESE Lab was yet another engaging experience that beautifully combined learning with fun. It began with a discussion on the importance and creation of an E-Portfolio, which marks a significant step in building a professional digital identity.
We were introduced to the idea that an E-Portfolio is more than just a collection of documents — it’s a dynamic platform that showcases our skills, achievements, strengths, and personality to the outside world. The session emphasized the key components that an effective e-portfolio should include, such as a professional bio, resume, certifications, work samples, and even reflective entries.
Following this, we revisited the art of self-introduction, focusing on important elements like clarity, confidence, body language, and appropriate tone. We were guided through the structure of a well-crafted introduction — including our name, background, interests, strengths, and goals — helping us become more conscious and confident in how we present ourselves.
Later, the session took a joyful turn with an interactive activity designed to test our reflexes and attentiveness to commands. It was light-hearted yet purposeful, showing us how important it is to listen actively, think quickly, and stay fully present. The activity brought a lot of smiles and laughter, while subtly reinforcing key communication and alertness skills.
