🌟 Second Session – A Journey Within
The second session of the PESE Lab took a deeper turn, focusing on self-awareness and personal development through the concept of SWOT Analysis. The session was not only informative but also deeply introspective, encouraging us to pause and reflect on who we truly are.
We were introduced to the concept of SWOT – Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. This exercise helped us understand how self-evaluation plays a crucial role in personal growth. Each student was guided to identify and list down their individual strengths and weaknesses, recognize the opportunities around them, and acknowledge the potential challenges or threats they might face. It was an eye-opening experience that encouraged honesty, self-reflection, and goal-setting.
Through this session, we realized that knowing ourselves is the first step toward self-improvement. It taught us that being aware of what we do well and what we need to work on is essential for building a successful career and a confident personality.
In addition, we were encouraged to maintain a weekly record — a personal log or journal where we can track our progress, reflect on our experiences, and set actionable goals. This habit aims to bring consistency, mindfulness, and accountability to our learning journey.
